At YDL Battery, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused electronics and battery components. To ensure safety and performance, all returned items must be in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the battery or electronic component in its original anti-static bag and protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and charge capacity, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
